Context
A large-scale Thai media platform serving over 70 million page views per month across news, entertainment, and content verticals. As Technical Lead, I oversee the full engineering execution — from backend services and platform reliability to SEO tooling, AI workflow adoption, and team delivery.
The Problem
At 70M+ monthly page views, every engineering decision has outsized consequences — on performance, SEO indexing, reliability, and user experience. The challenge was maintaining delivery velocity and product quality while managing platform scale, cross-functional stakeholder alignment, and a growing list of content and internal tooling initiatives.
What I Worked On
- Lead a team of 5 engineers across fullstack and mobile to deliver platform features, internal tools, and content initiatives
- Architect and maintain backend services handling high-volume content delivery using Node.js, NestJS, MongoDB, and Redis on Tencent Cloud
- Implement Technical SEO improvements including crawlability, robots.txt management, noindex/canonical handling, CDN and cache optimization for SEO performance
- Build GA4 editorial analytics pipeline — daily sync, aggregation, pivot-style dashboard, and Excel export for editorial and business teams
- Introduce AI-assisted engineering workflows using Claude and Cursor, reducing implementation time by an estimated 50–70% on selected tasks
- Develop SEO tooling, keyword research automation, and AI-powered content optimization tools to support the growth and editorial teams
- Collaborate with QA, Growth, SEO, Finance, and executive stakeholders on product roadmap and engineering priorities
